- Use one 9 in. (23 cm) round cake pan and follow the package directions. Bake for 30-34 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Make muffins or coffee cake for snackable portions (and bonus smiles).
- Makes 12 standard-sized muffins– grease the wells of a muffin pan with oil or use liners. Bake at 350 F (175 C) for 22-25 minutes.
- For a 9" x 13" (23-cm x 33-cm) pan, bake at 350 F (175 C) for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
