- To make street corn: Combine 2 cups (500 mL) of cooked corn, 2 tbsp (30 mL) of mayonnaise, and 1 tbsp (15 mL) of seasoning mix. Can use frozen, thawed corn or canned corn. To season corn on the cob, cook, then brush with mayonnaise and sprinkle with the seasoning mix.
